Customers’ Relation and Research Directorate serves as a bridge between the public and the Agency and takes the initiative to ensure that the ENALA’S customers' service meets its customers’ needs by giving appropriate and efficient service.

1. Give instant reply to customers
The process mainly concerns with customers’ complaint handling mechanisms. Every customer can report any complain to our instant replay office
2. Organize and deliver regular and/or with request library science, records management and archives administration training and advice.

• Produce manuals, Policies and directives in connection with acquisition, management, preservation and usage of information resources and sets uniform working procedure at national level. • Sets standard to information centers. • Performs the registration process of literary heritages at memory of the world at national and international level. • Conducts impact assessment study and research. • Delivers professional advice about Comprehensive Library Science, Records Management and Archives Administration. • Raises awareness of the customers and stake holders about the information resources and promotes their national treasure to be used for study and research purpose.
